Episode 14: Jordon Conner

We often wonder what it would be like to hang out with some of our favorite artists. Jordon Conner has gotten to do that, and it was fun to live vicariously through him in this conversation.

Jordon is an incredibly talented photographer who, in his young career, has already impressed people so much that some of the biggest artists have asked him to shoot photos of their tours. His portfolio includes tour photos of Ben Rector, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Johnnyswim, Phil Wickham, The BAND Camino, Crowder, and so much more. Pretty much if they’re on my Spotify playlist, Jordon has shot photos of their shows.

We talked about how he got his start in photography, how he got hooked up with some of the biggest artists around, and what it’s been like to tour the country with a camera in hand. We talked about how what these artists are like off stage, and it was great to hear that they’re all genuinely good people.

Jordon also sells products featuring the phrase “Tell Your Story.” As he explains on the shop’s website, “every person in the world has a story to tell. I’ve made these products as a reminder to not be afraid to talk to new people and treat everyone with kindness because you don’t know what their story is in life. Always Tell Your Story.” I love that, and I love his mission behind it.

It was really cool to talk to Jordon and learn about his career and who he is as a person. Be sure to look for him at your next concert. There’s a good chance he’ll be there shooting photos.
